Victim of fraud
Hello im emailing you to complain about my credit card and ive been a victim of fraud due a scam romance through covid pandemic and i also had a mental breakdown due to being victim of fraud and my credit card being used for unauthorised transactions which was no fault of my own ive also had a letter saying that i have court proceedings if i dont pay up what i owe Im going through a messy divorce plus im in the process of selling my property and ex husband left me with all the bills and debts that he had aswell.im a single mum who i live on benefits due to being made redundant from work due to ill health and a mental breakdown and i cant afford to pay the full amount i owe on my credit card due to being a victim of fraud so its not all down to me that this as happened to me and i did call Aqua what had happened and they was going to help me with a payment plan but never happen so i would like to have help with this matter and hoping we can sirt this out very soon. I will be complaining how they have treated me and how theyve not contacted me to resolve this situation and its just not good enough how they have not try to corrospond in a polite way amd a timely manner
